Dr Bekir Huseyin Tekin is a registered Architect, with a BA degree from Dokuz Eylul University, an M.Arch degree from Gebze Technical University, Türkiye, and PhD degree from the School of Architecture, University of Liverpool, UK. He is currently an assistant professor at the School of Architecture, Sakarya University. His research interests are in biophilic design, therapeutic and restorative environments, environmental psychology, architectural heritage, and sustainability. He welcomes students interested in these research directions and is open to collaboration in these fields of work.
